Papers that are accepted and presented during the WEEF & GEDC 2016 Seoul conference will appear in the conference proceedings, published as a USB drive and printed book with its own ISBN. Papers will be submitted for listing to ISI Proceedings, El-Compendex, DBLP, SCOPUS and Google Scholars.
