It is critically important to develop people with engineering capabilities, people understand technologies for sustainable overall social and economic development, talent development is a shared mission for industry, academy and the whole society. With the progress of emerging technologies, the industry academy collaboration is seen as necessary in order to achieve this mission. This webinar will introduce Huawei’s ICT Talent Ecosystem, and as part of it, the Huawei ICT Academy program, an important platforms that Huawei has to support industry and academy collaboration. It will also cover the related policy and activities generally and specific in combating the pandemic.
