Biography
Azeez Mohideen Mohamed Nazeer is the founder and Executive Director of Ikasle Socio-Educational Entity (ISEE), which aspires to be a global leader in education with its many efforts strengthening the worldwide industry-academia relations.
He also served as Global Vice-President of Student Platform for Engineering Education Development (SPEED) for three years. During his tenure he was a leader in the Industry-Academia Relations through which he acquired a high level of administration and strategic planning skills. Additionally, he had facilitated students at regional, national, and global Conferences.
He is a key person in providing educational institutions with services such as workshops, training, and forums. He is passionate about engineering education and works towards enhancing it. He dreams to achieve beyond the illusion of insecurity and societal pressures. He loves to travel, explore different cultures and stay connected with people lively & socially.
With active participation and involvement in Organizing and Facilitating the World Engineering Education Forum (WEEF) and Global Student Forum (GSF) conferences , he became an important student leader of International Federation of Engineering Education Societies (IFEES).
Azeez Mohideen Mohamed Nazeer has the knack of getting his point across very well, communicating with people, understanding their needs and providing them with a value proposition that is truly hard to refuse. His skills lie in his ability to comprehensively read, understand the situation and act quickly and smartly.
He is a team player, speaker, and leader who is very analytical, practical, technical & critical.
Rationale
Azeez Mohideen Mohamed Nazeer is interested in applying for the post of Vice President – Student Affairs of IFEES. His combination of skills and experience match well with what IFEES is seeking in the ideal candidate for the vice president position. His comprehensive experience is not only in administration, planning, facilitating, budgeting, and revenue generation which includes grants, registrations, corporate sponsorship, and membership but also executing it very well.
He has extensive executive level experience in the non-profit sector and a record of getting initiatives off the ground successfully and flourishing for the long-term. His creation of new and innovative programs extends from the inception of a concept through planning and presenting compelling workshop models that led to the development and implementation of successful programs.
He always looks forward to collaborating with educators and industry professionals while also engaging the student community with research and professional opportunities to further their exposure.
He wishes to utilise this opportunity to connect all the members and student leaders of IFEES to offer students technical upskilling and engage them continuously with periodic research and leadership programs which motivates the Student community to implement their action plans made through IFEES and It’s member organization’s forums/events into a project/product/research paper with proper recognition and follow-ups.
